Notice on the Adjustment of Export VAT Rebate Policy for Alumina Products and Price Change

In accordance with the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on Adjusting the Export Tax Rebate Policy for Photovoltaic and Other Products issued on January 8, 2026, the export value-added tax (VAT) rebate for alumina products will be officially cancelled starting from April 1, 2026.

The scope of affected alumina products includes alumina balls, alumina lining bricks and ceramic rollers etc.

Due to the cancellation of the export VAT rebate policy, the prices of the alumina products will rise by about 10% accordingly.
